Frequently asked questions
What we get asked most
Does my contact need to install an app?
No. The profile opens in their browser, and saving your details uses the vCard format, supported by both Android and iOS.
What if I lose my card?
You deactivate it from your account: the link stops working immediately. A replacement card is issued without changing your profile.
Can we enforce our branding across the team?
Yes. The administrator defines the template — logo, colours, required blocks — and team members can only edit their own information.
Can we export our data?
At any time, as CSV: profiles, contacts and statistics. Your data is never held hostage.
Can OneCarte connect to our CRM?
An API is available on Enterprise plans. Common integrations are set up in a few days.
Does the profile work offline?
Sharing requires a connection on the contact's side. The NFC card itself needs no battery and no pairing.
